HCIN Scheduled Appointments:
Please use these instructions to request an appointment for a language of lesser diffusion, or any circumstance in which you want advance confirmation that the best-matched interpreter will be ready for your provider and patient. This service is exclusively for authorized staff at Health Care Interpreter Network member organizations.

Scheduled appointments are subject to a 60-minute minimum charge. No-shows and late cancellations are charged 60 minutes.

To Pre-schedule an Interpreter:

This address is monitored seven days a week. -
Provide in the email:

Your organization's 5-digit Account Number (If you do not have this number at hand, contact support@hcin.org)

Date and time of the appointment you are requesting

Language needed, including variant/dialect and any other special instructions

Expected duration of the call

A Customer Service Representative will provide a Job Number, and let you know that the request is in process.

Once the appropriate interpreter is assigned, the CSR will write again to provide confirmation.

Your caller will need to know both the Account Number and the Job Number in order to complete the call.

To Call the Scheduled Interpreter:

Instruct your user to call (888) 326-5910

At the prompt, enter the 5-digit Account Number, followed by # (Press 1 for 3rd party call-out)

Enter 9 to reach a customer service representative

Give the representative the Job Number. The representative will connect your call.
